The Grand Rivers Chamber is celebrating small town life with our Famous Fall
Festival featuring food, fun, crafts, live music,children’s activities, and the Big Parade.
Highlights
Little Mr. and Miss Pageant
The Little Mister and Miss Pageant will be on Thursday, October 12 from 6:30 to 8:00 PM at the Grand Rivers Senior Citizen Community Center. Registration begins at 6:00 PM for contestants who did not pre-register. For those who would like to pre-register their children, they may pick up a form at their local First Kentucky office around the first week of September.
There are four categories (boys and girls are in separate categories):
Age 0 to 1
Age 2 to 3
Age 4 to 7
Age 8 to 12
The contestants are scored on beauty, personality, and overall appearance in each category. The contestant with the highest score wins the age category. Each child who wins their age category will receive an award; Girls will receive a tiara and boys will receive a statuette. Each contestant will receive a small bag of candy for their participation.
